Physical production of the books is being handled by Toppan, an award-winning leader in printing with decades of experience. One of the thousands of titles they produced was author Peter Bracke's incredible Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th.
The cover of the book is a fantastic, original, exclusive painting created by artist Nathan Milliner.

Meet the creative team behind the book:
Thommy Hutson (author) wrote and/or produced the definitive documentaries on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, Scream and Return of the Living Dead. He is thrilled to have been able to tell the definitive story of the making of Craven's classic in a way that has never before been done...nor will ever be done again! Years of research, writing, designing and crafting have gone into this project, and he cannot wait to let it loose upon fans everywhere!
Lito Velasco (editor) has collaborated with Hutson on the Elm Street, Scream and Return of the Living Dead documentaries in multiple capacities. An ardent fan and supporter of all things Elm Street, he has worked tirelessly to help make this book a reality.
Peter Bracke (design and layout) is an accomplished journalist and the man behind the incredibly creative and wildly successful book, Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th. His design aesthetic is top-notch and brings an amazing, distinct look to this project.
Nathan Thomas Milliner (cover artist) is an incredibly accomplished graphic artist, writer and filmmaker. He was recently tapped by Shout! Factory to be the premiere artist for their sister label, Scream! Factory, and has created multiple covers for their special edition Blu-ray releases.
Heather Langenkamp (project supporter) is the star of A Nightmare on Elm Street, Dream Warriors and Wes Craven's New Nightmare, among other film and television projects. She also contributed an Afterword to the book.
This one-of-a-kind, limited-release book was made available to die-hard Elm Street fans through a funding campaign on Kickstarter that started in mid-April 2014 and ended on May 5, 2014. Books were shipped to backers in November 2014, around the date of the film's 30th anniversary.
A limited number of shrink-wrapped, hard-cover copies of the book were sold in early 2015.
